Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop - Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida Noida's Finest

"I was very happy to see that Theobroma has finally opened in gaur City mall . So I planned to have my breakfast there today. But I guess the staff was not ready. I ordered a chk sandwich and hot coffee. My sandwich got over heat, as the side of the bread became hard and when I opened the lid of my coffee it looked so milky . I asked them to refund my coffee. The point is if the coffee machine was giving some problem, u should always tell the customer instead of giving them anything. I am not sure if the staff is still trained well or it was too early for them to serve a customer. I have always been a regular customer of their pastry online, but today the restaurant disappointed ☹️ me. The restaurant is well made and has a good amount of sitting."
